Other Useful Forms

In order to enable us to ship your order without collecting sales tax, we require a tax exempt certificate, affirming that your organization is registered as a non-profit.  School districts and certain other non-profits can also apply to pay via Purchase Order, as an alternative to an ISD-issued check.
